[quote user="Paul S"]Romy, it seems like you are basically talking values and value here. No way to know for sure ahead of time how your children will take to Music, let alone hi-fi, and also no way to be sure now how long any interest will last, or...

Hello all! My name's Cody; just a disclaimer: I am an employee of TARA Labs. I'm not here to promote TARA Labs products, I was just hoping to have some worthwhile discussions with other audiophiles.

This looks a bit like a giant ear canal, but in a way, it's the
opposite. It's the largest horn in the most powerful sound system in
Europe. The system's maximum output, according to the European Space

I have been lurking for a while as I am a Bidat owner without being able to help. I have been building computers for more than 20 years and I may be able to help. When you start building machines with lots of drives I think it would be bett...

Dear Romy,

My Dear friend Romy,Indeed it took me a very long time to decide upon regulate or not. I ended up with regulation option to save some chassis space and weight, otherwise I would need at least 10 kilos more and 30% bigger space that would make the who...

Dear Romy, thank you so very much for mentioning our amplifier to your excellent forum. Indeed, during the last 5-6 years there are a lot of manufacturers “from non traditional hi-fi manufacturing countries”. In particular, in poor old Greece we ...

I thought we were just discussing attenuation, regarding connectivity the Weiss sounds best via it's firewire input, just a bit sharper, I find everything is a little more clearly defined than AES /s/pdif.Keith....

Mainly because of my young daughter I have been listening to mostly solid state amps, I have enjoyed 'Digital DoMain's' B1-a VFET, and am now listening to a German 'Audioprojeckte' CA10, 10 watt class A design, ( I will post a link later as their sit...

I have been listening for the last few weeks to a modern Vfet design by digital do main, the B1-a , 'inspired' I suppose by the earlier Yamaha amp, it too unlike any ss amp I have heard, it isn't at all harsh or strident it has tremendous resolution,...
